WASHINGTON (Gray DC) - President Trump saying Sunday the construction of a massive victory arch in Washington, D.C. is top domestic priority.

“L’arc de Trump” is a play on words with “L’arc de Triomphe,” the iconic neoclassical arc erected in Paris for those who died during the Napoleonic wars.

When CBS’s Ed O’Keefe, who coined the term, asked the President who this monument was for, the President responded “me.”

Major projects on federal land must have congressional approval.

However, as we’ve seen with the White House ballroom, the President tends to break ground first, and ask questions later.
