The Captive Insurance Council of the District of Columbia (CIC-DC) confirms the agenda for its 2026 annual conference, which marks 25 years of the organisation representing captive owners, service providers and professionals in the District.

The conference takes place on 5 and 6 October 2026.

Early bird registration closes on 6 August 2026. Member rates are set at US$825 for a first registrant and US$695 for additional registrants, rising to US$895 and US$795 respectively after the early bird deadline. Non-member registration is US$995 before 6 August and US$1,095 thereafter.

Discounted rates are available for captive owners, prospective captive owners and government attendees at US$525 before the deadline and US$595 afterwards. First-time attendees pay US$495 regardless of registration date.

Written cancellations received on or before 6 August 2026 attract a refund of 50 per cent of the registration fee. Registrations and cancellations received after that date, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund and cannot be transferred to a future event, though substitutions are permitted in advance and on site.
