Gordon Ramsay is bringing his Hell’s Kitchen restaurant to central London, opening at The Cumberland Hotel in spring 2026.

It will be the first Hell’s Kitchen in the UK, promising a high-energy dining experience.

Hell’s Kitchen already has outposts in Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Miami, Washington DC and Ibiza.

The Marble Arch site will span 7,500 sq ft inside The Cumberland Hotel, seating more than 200 guests with four chefs’ tables and its own bar.

An open kitchen will sit at the heart of the restaurant so diners can watch the chefs at work.

Chefs will wear the trademark red and blue bandanas as they cook in full view of diners.

The space will have flickering flames, bold tiles and a modern look designed to pull diners into the Hell’s Kitchen experience.

Live DJs will play throughout the week to keep the atmosphere highs buzzing from day into night.

The menu will feature dishes Hell’s Kitchen fans already know.
