ARLINGTON COUNTY, Va. (7News) — Arlington County is considering a ban on gas-powered leaf blowers, and wants to hear feedback from the public.
Residents can share their opinions through a questionnaire by clicking here. You have until Wednesday, Oct. 29 to do so.
The county is also hosting an Electric Leaf Blower Webinar on Oct. 29 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. -- where people can get the chance to engage with landscaping businesses already using electric alternatives.
Earlier this summer, a ban on the use and sale of gas-powered blowers passed and went into effect in Montgomery County.
