ARLINGTON, Va. (7News) — A 25-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly kicked an officer and caused minor damage to a police cruiser in Arlington, Virginia.
Officers with the Arlington County Police Department (ACPD) were called to S. Hayes Street on Nov. 2 in response to a disorderly conduct report.
They found Gerbree Roberson "biking recklessly" in the area and he was detained. At some point, Roberson tried to run away from the officers and that is when he kicked one of them and the parked police car, ACPD said.
