The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold a special meeting on Thursday, October 30, at 10:00 EDT (14:00 GMT) in the Simón Bolívar Room at OAS headquarters in Washington, DC to consider "the serious threats to constitutional and democratic order in Guatemala."
