The Senators haven’t had a whole lot of success in the District of Columbia, but they had their most dominating effort of the season so far in a 7-1 victory over the Washington Capitals at the Capital One Arena.

Dylan Cozens and Drake Batherson scored twice for the Senators, while Thomas Chabot, Nick Cousins and Shane Pinto also chipped in as the Senators moved their record back to. 500 for the first time this National Hockey League season at 4-4-1.
