WASHINGTON (7News) — DC Water crews are repairing a 12-inch water main Saturday, causing water outages in the 400 to 800 blocks of Pennsylvania Avenue SE.

As a result, the 400 block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE is closed between 4th Street and North Carolina Avenue SE.
