A House of Dynamite is the latest gripping thriller from Hollywood director Kathryn Bigelow that’s dropping on Netflix this week.
Set in key real-life locations including The White House and the Pentagon, the film pulls back the curtain to depict the frantic response to a nuclear attack on a major US city.
However, Bigelow and the all-star cast, which includes Rebecca Ferguson and Idris Elba, were naturally unable to film in the actual Situation Room, Oval Office or military bases seen in the film.
Fans will therefore be curious where the film’s key scenes actually took place.
Let’s take a look at what we know about A House of Dynamite’s filming locations before the nuclear disaster thriller comes to streaming this Friday.

Principal photography for the film primarily took place in Trenton, New Jersey and began last October.
Filming continued throughout the early winter months of 2024 and wrapped that December.
A combination of real locations and practical sets were used for the film’s settings, as well as some minor visual effects to bring some key moments to life.
